File icons in the toolbar of the finder windows

topic posted Sat, January 14, 2012 - 10:43 AM by  Unsubscribed
Thinking I was dragging a file to a folder's window and trying not to accidentally put it in a nested folder inside that, I inadvertently placed the file's icon up in the toolbar at the top of the finder window. Rather than going INTO that folder, the icons for the files now remain in the toolbar of ALL of my finder windows now. For the life of me, I can't figure out how to remove them.

. .Dunno' what to say . Your icons are caught in an infinate loop ∞
^^ See the red yellow and green buttons ^^
i've had then all go clear on me for years at a time ( i.e., no color or transparent , i dunno ;)
Always use .jpgs for icons or .jpegs . This has been a feature or problem with macs since os 2.7 and 1 9 8 4 ≠
The other thing is to -not- use javascripts® as icons . †hat mucks things up pretty good , too . The little spinning hourglass ? Watch hands ¿ those are javascripts ® . Java was thrown in to the public domain by sun microsystems in 1 9 9 5 . It's a virus now
    Be forewarned all other uses
Oracle's® Larry Ellison is stopping support for the old Adobe Macromedia Flash altogether like right - now -
He can . He owns it and Sun microsystems ® , too . You own CD's from 1999 with Flash music videos on them ( at least i do - HAhAh ahaha h! ) This will probably sound the death knell for Quicktime® also . ..
