Oh, and great earnings last night, so AAPL was up to $202! It's down at $198.93 right now (probably because of stupidity of Apple releasing a new computer without FireWire). ;-)

Did I read correctly that the new Magic Mouse will not support app switcher? (Which I currently use the scroll ball on my mighty mouse for)

What's up with the battery for the macbooks? Since you can't remove it, then what?

That's true. The batteries are not user-replaceable, which is not really much of a problem, since they last 7 hours (or more for some models). I love my MBP 17" with the embedded battery. I have never purchased a second battery for any of the laptops I've owned over the past decade.

Me neither on second battery. With embedded, not a problem with >7 hours on my new 13inch MacBook pro

The 27" iMac is $600 cheaper than the 2 year old 24 inch iMac I have,
and so much better in many ways.
I am excited to think when it is time to buy a new iMac in 2011
they may just have a 30 inch iMac and may only cost $1500!

I still use the my original Powermac G5 from 2003. But the damn thing still runs fine, as much as I like the Macs, my current one still has the horsepower I need for music production stuff.

Apple just makes their products too good...

The screens on these things are absolutely, drop dead gorgeous. Almost as it the screen images were somehow generated with a liquid rather than pixels.
